Q. What styles of furniture does Furniture Mart carry?
A. When you visit Furniture Mart, you'll find a wonderful selection of everything from contemporary, traditional, modern, as well as children’s furniture and home décor.
Q. Can I order online or do you have a catalog?
A. We do not have a catalog and we are not set up for online purchasing at this time. You may add items to your cart on the individual item pages. Just print and bring with you to the store!
Q. If I choose to pick up my merchandise will it all be assembled?
A. Many of our customers choose to pick up their merchandise from many of our store locations or Distribution Center. Since some of our products are shipped unassembled from the factory, the customer will be responsible for final assembly. Distribution Center personnel will assist in loading merchandise on your vehicle; however we are not responsible for damages that occur during transport or unloading.
Q. Can I make my finance payments here at the store?
A. No; All finance payments must be made through the finance company.
Q. Do you price match?
A. Simply bring in the ad of the local retail competitor while the lower price is in effect to receive your price match. Please be sure to read the following policy information regarding our Lowest Price Guarantee. Price matching valid only on identical models and manufacturers. Furniture Mart reserves the right to verify the manufacturer and model of other local retailers’ advertised items. Customer must provide original print ad when making purchase. Copies will not be accepted. If ad is not dated, Furniture Mart reserves the right to verify current price. Ad must originate from a competing retailer with physical location in Louisiana. Internet based furniture retailers do not qualify.

Q. Do you offer custom orders?
A. We order large quantities of our merchandise in order to get the best prices to pass down to you. Because of this, we do not special order any items at this time.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any open merchandise. We will issue a store credit for any merchandise still in original packaging.
Q. Do you have a mailing list?
A. We can e-mail you when our new flyer is available to view online. Please note that Furniture Mart will never share your e-mail address with any third party.
